Meet, measure and improve the established Technical Availability, MTBF and MTTR and cost objectives, complying with BW's standards and work policies.
- Manage technical and human resources to keep equipment, tools and machinery available to meet customer requirements on time, with the required quality at the minimum applicable cost.
- Demonstrate by example positive leadership in a manner consistent with the principles of the organization and in a consistent manner by proactively fulfilling their responsibility on a daily basis.
- Maintain and improve quality in maintenance work.
- Execute maintenance budget and support in cost improvement.
