Salary: £40,000–£50,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus generous pension scheme and performance-related incentive.

Sea View Yacht Club is seeking an exceptional sailing professional to lead one of the most established and respected sailing training operations in the United Kingdom.

Reporting to the Club Secretary, the RYA & Sailing Training Principal will provide strategic and operational leadership across the Club's sailing and training activities, including RYA programmes, instructor development, water-based safety systems, training assets and educational partnerships.
