As part of our Culinary team, you will work closely with the Executive Sous Chef and collaborate with Banquets, In-Room Dining, Stewarding, Catering, and other key departments.
As a key member of the Culinary leadership team, you will oversee daily operations across the Banquet Kitchen, In-Room Dining, Main Kitchen, and MyRestaurant. You will play a vital role in maintaining the highest food quality standards, ensuring smooth kitchen operations, and delivering memorable guest experiences. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will contribute to operational excellence, cost control, and team development, while upholding Rosewood’s standards of service and craftsmanship.
