Host/Hostess

As a Host/Hostess, you are the first and last impression of the restaurant. You play a key role in shaping each guest’s experience by creating a warm welcome, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth flow of service. You act as a central point of communication between guests and the service team, anticipating needs and supporting the team to deliver thoughtful, personalised service. In the absence of the Manager or Team Leader, you will take ownership of the restaurant operation, ensuring standards are upheld at all times.
