Roles & Responsibilities • Plan and execute rural activation programs including haats, retailer seeding, WS activation, and local events<br />
•Conduct product demonstrations, sampling activities, and roadshows to increase brand awareness<br />
•Strengthen rural distribution network and ensure product availability across outlets<br />
• Drive BTL activities, promotions, visibility campaigns, and retailer engagement programs<br />
• Build strong relationships with retailers, influencers, distributors, and local communities<br />
• Manage end-to-end Van operations across assigned rural territories<br />
• Monitor Van productivity, route planning, and outlet coverage execution<br />
