RTA Paralegal

A leading National Law Firm is looking for an RTA Paralegal to join its market leading practice which has consistently been ranked as a top tier practice in numerous submissions. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside recognised lawyers who possess a wealth of knowledge and experience in handling road traffic accident cases, from car and motorcycle accidents, to hit and runs and cases involving other vulnerable road users.

Responsibilities

• Drafting of client and witness statements
• Preparing instructions to medical experts and counsel
• Preparing court documents
• Reviewing and collating medical records
• Reviewing medical reports

Experience Required

• Experience of working on RTA matters or Personal Injury matters as a Paralegal is essential
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Legal analysis and research skills.
