Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, Data Science, or related field Preferred optional Certification: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM 5+ years experience with ServiceNow ITSM, request management Skilled in designing and developing ServiceNow workflows and forms of varying complexity to support request fulfillment processes. Strong understanding of Request Management lifecycle and integration with ITSM modules. Proficient in JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Glide Record, and Script Includes.
