Responsibilities: Serve in different capacities as a Business Process Analyst, RPA Developer, Support Engineer, and Course Trainer as assigned across multiple concurrent projects.
Collaborate with customers to identify and define use cases within existing IT and business operations, including process optimization, redesign, and reengineering.
Gather business requirements, and design, develop, test, deploy, and document automation workflows.
Create, develop, and review Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Process Definition Documents (PDD), and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
Deliver process automation solutions for onsite and remote client engagements to support successful adoption.
Follow RPA implementation best practices and develop programs, scripts, and objects that are efficient, maintainable, reusable, and easy to understand.
Understand business processes from workflow diagrams and translate them into automated solutions.
