Key Accountabilities:
Component Engineering Leadership
Provide proactive engineering oversight for rotating equipment to improve overall plant reliability and prevent failuresServe as the single point of contact and subject matter expert (SME) for assigned rotating componentsMonitor and improve component health through condition monitoring, trend analysis, and performance evaluationDevelop and maintain component-specific programs for rotating equipment reliabilityMaintenance Strategy Development
Develop and facilitate execution of long-range maintenance strategies for rotating equipmentOptimize preventive and predictive maintenance tasks based on site operating experience, maintenance feedback, and industry best practicesImplement predictive maintenance programs/technologies including vibration analysis, thermography, acoustic monitoring, and oil analysis
