The Position:
Reporting directly to the General Manager – Aviation Security, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless rostering and workforce planning for a dynamic 24/7 airport security operation. You'll be responsible for:
Rostering for a 700-strong security team across multiple shifts and days in 24/7 operationEnsuring optimal resource coverage using Kronos (UKG) and Microsoft OfficeManaging day-to-day tasks including: Sick leave calls
Annual leave requests
Pay period close and payroll coordination
Rostering in line with EA, contractual, KPI, and compliance requirements Providing support and resolution to pay, leave, and roster queriesCompiling operational reports, including end-of-month dataCoordinating and reconciling any ad hoc service accountsMaintaining accurate records and delivering exceptional internal service
