What would I be doing?

As a rostering coordinator you will help coordinate employee shifts across all regional programs to meet operational requirements.

Operational hours are from 6:00am to 7:45pm, 7 days a week.

This role is for a maternity level cover- 15 months.

This could include:

• Arrange replacement staff to cover ad hoc shifts and leave.
• Setting up and managing employee rosters in CPL's rostering system.
• Provide rostering services for clients and staff after standard working hours.
