Due to continued growth under our Rio Tinto contract, Breight Group is seeking experienced and motivated Rope Access Supervisors to join our team.

This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role within a growing business delivering rope access shutdown and maintenance services to Rio Tinto. We are looking for hands-on Supervisors who are passionate about safety, productivity, team culture, and delivering operational excellence.

• Current IRATA qualification
• Previous experience leading Rope Access crews within shutdown or maintenance environments
