Position Summary: Role Players provide critical realism for Air Advisor training by portraying civilians, government officials, religious leaders, tribal elders, interpreters, and other specified characters native to target regions. These personnel enhance scenario-based learning and enable student engagement in realistic partner-nation and cross-cultural interactions. Role players work under the supervision of the Practical Exercise Scenario/Role Play Director to support exercise fidelity, learning objectives, and training effectiveness.
