Position Overview
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Implement and enforce ADNOC Land Transportation Safety (LTS) requirements, Journey Management procedures, and UAE traffic regulations.Monitor In-Vehicle Monitoring System (IVMS) data to identify speeding, harsh braking, fatigue, and unauthorized trips; generate performance reports and recommend corrective actions.Ensure all project vehicles are equipped, functional, and calibrated with IVMS and other required safety devices.Conduct driver inductions, competency assessments, and defensive driving training; maintain updated driver records and licenses.Review and approve Journey Management Plans (JMPs) for high-risk or long-distance travel, track vehicle movements, and respond to transport emergencies.Investigate vehicle incidents and near-misses, prepare reports, and follow up on preventive actions.Perform road risk assessm...
