Position Overview
Registered Nurse (RN) Shift: Evening and Overnight, Full and Part time
Rate: $36
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $7,500 Key Responsibilities: - Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the interdisciplinary team
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and therapists
- Provide emotional support and guidance to residents and their families
- Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care
Requirements: - Valid RN license
- Previous experience in long-term care or rehabilitation (Preferred but not required)
