Registered Nurse - Medical Telemetry

Location: Asheville, NC

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and perform patient assessments.
• Monitor telemetry readings and report significant changes in patient status.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Prepare patients for various procedures such as Endoscopy and IR.
• Document all care activities and patient responses accurately in EMR.
