Matrix Home Care has several openings for RN for SOC/Oasis & Follow up visits in Riviera Beach, FL and the surrounding areas : Monday - Friday and Weekends Needed.Visits include Start of Care Assessments Wound Care/ Medication Management and Infusions.Private Duty and Medicare Patients. We are hiring Start of Care and Visit nurses
SOC $125 per visit
Follow up Visits $50

Requirements
Must have prior Home Care in Home Visit and Oasis Experience
Valid FL Nursing License
