Inpatient Palliative Care

Unit Notes Med Sol completes a profile review and manager will conduct a full interview need 2 sup refs from modality submitting to (charge accepted) at submittal; 1 w/in 12 mo. & 1 w/in 3 years worked. Candidates may not have been directly employed (full time, part time, or PRN) by any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within the past year. Candidates who were employed PRN through outside firms will be considered. ***COVERAGE FOR LOA - NEED A CANDIDATE TO START ASAP*** Unit Inpatient Palliative Care (Manager- Joni Johnson) # consults per day 10-15 consults per day for the entire team. Required Certifications BLS, ELNEC preferred (end of life care certification) EMR Cerner Common diagnoses/Types of patients Any patient that meets the Palliative Care screening requirements in the hospital.
