Position DescriptionHospital: Parkridge Medical CenterLocation: Chattanooga, TNAddress: 2333 McCallie AvenueUnit: Preop holding/Day SurgeryBuilding: Main hospitalGeneral InformationUnit Specifics:· Number of Beds : 472· Patient Ratios :· Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : US and Tech on staff in DS· Type of equipment : Cardiac monitors, ultrasound, EKG machine· Documentation system: Meditech· Scheduling requirements: 3-12 hr shifts. Would consider 4-10 hr shifts. One closing day per week (stay until unit closes). Shift starts @ 5, 5:30, 6, 6:30 or 7 depending on surgery schedule. It will usually be 5:30 am unless it is day to close. Closing days schedule is 7:00 am until when last patient leaves.
