About the position

The Oncology Nurse Navigator is a licensed nurse who has experience in cancer clinical care coordination and care management. This position will optimize care coordination, patient experience and improve the clinical outcome for patients by providing nurse-led navigation throughout the patient journey from diagnosis to survivorship.
