PLEASE NOTE: All NICU Travelers are required to float to Peds and Postpartum. They will take a patient assignment including couplet care in Postpartum. If your traveler is not comfortable with this please do NOT submit them



ALL MYJOURNEY MODULES NEED TO BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. TRAVELER WILL BE PUSHED BACK IF ALL MODULES ARE NOT COMPLETED. NO EXCEPTIONS



CERNER EXPERIENCE REQUIRED



- Unit: NICU Level

- Certs: BLS, NRP, PALS

- Ratios: to , to , to ; Peds ratios :

- EMR: Cerner, HUGS for security, breast milk bridge which is an add on to Cerner for scanning breastmilk

- Charge Nurse: Yes, each shift

- Nurse Aides: none

- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend but may need to work more

- Holidays: out of majors

- Call: Travelers will not be asked to take call (transport call)

- Scrub Color: Navy blue
