Position Purpose

The Throughput Manager – Patient Logistics plays a critical leadership role within our centralized throughput hub, ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely movement of patients across the acute care continuum.

This role is responsible for overseeing daily hub operations, leading a multidisciplinary team, and driving process improvements that enhance patient flow, optimize bed utilization, and reduce length of stay. The Throughput Manager collaborates across departments to ensure seamless care transitions and supports an environment of clinical and operational excellence aligned with the Mission and Core Values of Trinity Health.
