MAIN FUNCTION:

A professional who acts as a resource person to the staff nurse (in the absence of the Unit Director) providing direction and support during weekends, holidays, evenings, and nights. Is responsible for upholding the Standards of the Nursing Division and the individual unit. Is responsible for the Arnot Health in general in the absence of the executive (there shall be an executive on call for incidents that warrant consultation).
