Pediatric RN - Home Health Care

Location: Portland, Maine

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Day shift from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including every other weekend rotation or permanent Tuesday-Saturday/Sunday-Thursday schedules, based on agency needs.

Job Description: This Pediatric RN position involves providing comprehensive home health care for pediatric patients. You will manage a case load of 20-25 patients with an expectation of 5-6 visits per day. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct home visits to assess and manage pediatric patient care.
• Perform IV therapy, tube feeding, VAC dressings, and other nursing procedures as required.
