About the unit

Gerber Med Surg is 13 beds. 4 are observation and 9 are inpatient. The unit is currently undergoing a refresh, new paint, flooring, and artwork in the halls and patient rooms, in addition to a new nurses station, breakroom and staff bathroom. Gerber Med Surg is home to our largest patient population and is a cornerstone of the hospital. We offer telemedicine services in pulmonology, neurology, infectious disease, and wound. Coming soon to Gerber are telemedicine palliative care services. We have MRI services 6 days a week, CT, fluoroscopy, general and orthopedic surgery, care management, medical social workers all on site, a huge push for the Gerber team is to help keep quality care local.

Gerber OB has 7- Patient in room through Labor/Delivery, Recovery, and Post-Partum; 1 Short Term Observation Room; 3 Bed Triage for Prenatal testing/additional procedures; 1 Surgical Suite ...
