The RN-Emeritus Registered Nurse Mentor confers knowledge from one generation of nurse to the next by participating in mentoring relationships with graduate and new hire nurses who are participating in the Nurse Residency program. The Emeritus RN program extends the work-life of the experienced RN while enhancing retention of organizational wisdom and professional knowledge.
