4 or 5 day work week

Weekends are half-day every 4th to 6th weekend on rotation and shift differential is included

Summary

Responsible to the physicians for the full scope of nursing duties

Responsibilities

Administer immunizations, antibiotics, allergy shots and oral medications.

Assist with traumas, clean and prepare the wound for treatment.

Counsel patients in the office and by telephone.

Administer Nebulilzer treatments for asthma patients.

Perform catheterizations.

Assist physicians when necessary during patient situations.

Triage patients in the office as needed.

Triage patient calls to determine if they need to be seen or if medication can be prescribed, based on doctor’s approval.
