**Position Summary**

The **Clinical Manager –** This leader is responsible for internal case management, clinical oversight, field staff evaluation and development, and the delivery of safe, high-quality, client-centered care that reflects **The BAYADA Way** values of **compassion, excellence, and reliability** .

In partnership with office leadership and Client Services, the Clinical Manager conducts client assessments and care planning, oversees clinical services, and drives quality, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement across the practice.
