Position: RN Admissions Nurse Monday-Friday Flexible 11am-7pm

Primary duties are to meet and assess all new admissions. The RN Admissions Nurse plays a key role in creating a positive patient experience. In this role, you will assume responsibility for the overall assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care to facilitate and deliver comprehensive quality nursing care.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Ensures that the highest degree of quality patient care is maintained. Specifically through thorough and complete assessments

2. Ensures that a safe and effective resident care environment is maintained at all times.

3. Assist in ensuring that facility is in compliance with all regulatory requirements. 

4. Completes rounds of their unit to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures and regulations.
