Work schedule will be a Full-time, .8 FTE on the Day Shift, 8 am - 5 pm. Mon - Fri (4 days per week) Sat and Sun shifts on a rotation
Summary
Triage patients and assist physicians as needed.
Responsibilities
Administer immunizations, antibiotics, allergy shots and oral medications.
Assist with traumas, clean and prepare wounds for treatment.
Administer Nebulilzer treatments for asthma patients.
Perform catheterizations and IV therapy.
Perform x-rays, file x-rays and perform selective lab work when ordered by physician.
Perform audio, visual tests and tympanograms when needed.
Triage patient calls to determine if they need to be seen or can medication be prescribed, based on doctor's approval.
Fill out forms needed by patients for daycare, schools, college, WIC forms, etc.
Transfer information to charts, during patient calls, phone reports, and inform the physician ...
