Recruitment Partner (Fixed Term – 13 months, covering parental leave)

This role supports the People, Capability and Culture Directorate in the Ministry of Māori Development (TePuniKōkiri) and partners with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver comprehensive, best‑practice recruitment services.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with managers and key stakeholders across the organisation to source, assess and secure suitable talent.
• Provide strategic recruitment advice and best‑practice guidance throughout the entire hiring cycle.
• Manage risk, ensure compliance with fair and transparent recruitment policies, and promote a positive candidate experience.
