Job Description

• Install and align antennas, microwave dishes, and associated hardware on towers and rooftops.
• Perform rigging tasks including hoisting, cabling, and securing equipment.
• Carry out maintenance, upgrade, and swap activities for telecom sites.
• Ensure proper weatherproofing, grounding, and labeling of equipment.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, use PPE, and conduct risk assessments before climbing.
• Assist Site Engineer in site surveys and reporting.
• Maintain rigging tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Submit site photos and daily work reports as per project requirements.

Salary Range: AED 2200 - 2600 per Month
