  • Strong local anchoring (CBU) to ensure business delivery, compliance, and industrial execution.
  • Functional alignment with EMEA Zone / MCO Africa for strategy, standards, product superiority, and access to technological platforms.

    • The position combines functional R&I leadership, business influence, and execution excellence, with a strong focus on renovation, productivity, and affordability in a constrained market.

    Lead the Research & Innovation agenda for Danone Algeria by translating global and regional R&I strategy into robust local action plans that create business value, while ensuring:
