Position Overview
- Guide and nurture young gymnasts with a positive and supportive approach to help them reach their full potential.
- Implement and apply the academy’s proprietary coaching system for Rhythmic Gymnastics, including Warm-Up, Stretching, Feet Technique, Basic Apparatus Technique, Strength & Conditioning, and other core methodologies.
- Develop individual and group choreography for assigned gymnasts in alignment with SG National Rules Directives and FIG Code of Points.
- Refine technical elements such as Body Difficulties (BD), Apparatus Difficulties (AD), and Risks (R), as well as dance sequences in gymnasts’ routines.
- Take accountability for assigned gymnast groups, ensuring their development and progression through training levels.
- Pursue continuous professional development as a coach and judge by completing required courses mandated by the academy and SG Gymnastics Association. Be prepared to serve as a Coach and/or Judge during competition...
