The VP, Rewards Consultant is a senior leader and subject matter expert in Compensation Systems and Projects, responsible for the end-to-end project management, governance, and strategic oversight of the annual compensation review system (HRSoft). This pivotal role acts as the central hub connecting rewards strategy, country and branch‑specific policies, and HR technology to ensure a seamless, accurate and efficient year‑end compensation cycle across the APAC region.
