Trulioo is seeking a highly motivated and talented Reward & Analytics Specialist to join our People Team. Reporting to the People Manager, this role supports the delivery of compensation processes, benchmarking, incentive administration, and people analytics, including reporting and metrics to enable informed decision‑making across the organization. This will be a full‑time, permanent position working out of the Vancouver office on a hybrid model (3 days per week in the office). What You’ll Be Doing
