MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To provide administrative and operational support to the Reward function, ensuring accurate processing, coordination, and documentation of reward activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Provide reward administrative support.Assist with STI and LTI administration and documentation.Support salary calculations and prepare basic costings.Coordinate and submit salary survey data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Prepare standard reports.Support reward governance processes, including filing, audit trails, and approval documentation.Liaise with HR, Finance, payroll, and external vendors as required.Respond to routine reward-related queries and escalate issues where needed.Provide general administrative support during peak reward cycles.REQUIRED EDUCATION
