• Large scale workplace projects
• Work collaboratively in a small interiors team
• Mentor junior team members 
• Be a strong conceptual designer and work autonomously.
• Develop and prepare design presentations to communicate to clients, communities and other stakeholders
• Taking a design brief to construction and must possess strong joinery detailing ability
• Self-motivated work ethic and ability to meet fast paced project demands
