Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Reviews Officer for a Local Authority client in West London.

In this role you will investigate and respond to housing complaints and statutory reviews, ensuring fair, lawful and compassionate outcomes for residents while driving service improvement.

Duties:

• Investigate and respond to housing complaints in line with corporate and Ombudsman guidance.
• Carry out statutory housing reviews under Parts VI and VII of the Housing Act 1996.
• Draft clear, legally robust decision letters, MP and Member enquiry responses.
• Identify remedies and service improvements to improve outcomes for residents.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience of handling and responding to complaints within a housing or local authority setting.
