You will be a member of the Enforcement Department, which is responsible for investigating and enforcing breaches of the laws administered by Monetary Authority of Singapore under various statutes, including but not limited to the Securities and Futures Act, the Financial Advisers Act, the Payment Services Act, the Trust Companies Act, the Banking Act, the Insurance Act and the MAS Act. The Department investigates market misconduct offences such as insider trading and market manipulation under Part XII of the Securities and Futures Act jointly with the Commercial Affairs Department. The Department is also responsible for anti‑money‑laundering enforcement work.
