Channel Team Leader – MENA Ops Reverse Logistics

Responsibilities include:

• Monitor multiple sites from an operations and compliance perspective.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to achieve timely launches and operations metrics.
• Identify patterns and disruptions, dive deep, scrutinize details, and forecast data implications.
• Understand transportation operations challenges; identify strengths, weaknesses, and suggest improvements.
• Map business requirements, understand processes, study workflows, and design solutions; prepare functional specifications.
• Develop and report performance metrics, executive updates, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to improve customer experience.
