A prominent 4* hotel in the V&A waterfront with over 300 rooms is seeking a dynamic Reservations Manager with revenue management experience.

Key Responsibilities Lead a team of 4 and manage group and conference bookings. Operate reservations using Opera or Infor “Individual and Group/Block Reservations.” Administer daily operations under pressure and manage shift duties. Prepare and analyse REVPAR and yielding for performance. Coordinate with other departments for revenue optimisation. Qualifications and Experience Hotel School Diploma or national qualification equivalent. Minimum 3 years experience as a Revenue and Reservations Manager in a 4/5* city hotel with over 300 rooms. Proficiency in Opera or Infor reservations system. Strong administrative skills and ability to work under pressure. In-depth knowledge of REVPAR and revenue yielding. Available to work Monday‑Friday (shifts 8‑5 / 9‑6) and every second Saturday 08:00‑14:00. Additional Details
