Overview

The Returns Management Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end returns and claims process, ensuring timely and accurate RMA handling, coordination with stakeholders, and resolution of customer issues based on established KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end returns and claims processing (request to credit note release)
  • Create and process RMAs accurately and on time
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for product returns and pickups
  • Handle unauthorized returns by validating and resolving requests
  • Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders via email and calls
  • Resolve issues related to claims, approvals, and returns processing
  • Ensure compliance with KPIs (timeliness, accuracy, resolution)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
