This role is pivotal in equipping our teams with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to deliver exceptional customer experiences aligned with our brand's ethos.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training programs in-person, live online, and self-paced, focused on product knowledge, sales excellence, and customer service.
• Lead boutique audits and mystery shopper programs to ensure adherence to brand standards and provide actionable feedback.
• Track and report training outcomes, identify skill gaps, and implement tailored development plans.
• Act as a coach and mentor fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence across all locations.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance training programs to keep pace with trends in luxury retail.
