Position Overview
Job Responsibilities - Deliver exceptional customer experiences by leading and supporting the retail team on the sales floor
- Supervise daily store operations and ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
- Coach and develop team members to strengthen sales performance and customer engagement
- Handle customer feedback and resolve operational or service-related issues effectively
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, fashion trends, and brand positioning
