Position Overview
- Manage and oversee daily store operations
- Lead, motivate, and drive the sales team to achieve store targets and individual KPIs
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the customer base, increase store traffic, and optimize profitability
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained in accordance with Company guidelines
- Coach and guide Sales Associates on product knowledge and customer service standards
- Deliver high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Handle store administration and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements - Minimum 3 years of experience in a Store Manager or Supervisor role, with at least 4 years of experience in the retail industry (Fashion / Sports / Apparel preferred)
