We are looking for two individuals to join our store as full-time Retails shop assistants located in Karaka, Auckland. 

Requirements

Similar experience will be preferred.
Flexible in working long hours when required which may include on call starts, early morning starts, and late finishes, working on weekends and public holidays. Availibility for split shifts is must.

Job Duties

• Open and close the store, including cash handling, processing customer transactions, and completing end-of-day reconciliation.
• Provide exceptional customer service by identifying customer needs, advising on product pricing, features, usage, care, and availability, and assisting with customer enquiries and issue resolution.
• Receive, inspect, label, price, and process incoming stock, ensuring inventory records are maintained accurately and stock is available for sale in a timely manner.
