**Description:**
**Position Purpose:**
The Retail Services Supervisor will oversee daily functions of assigned the frontline Food and Nutrition Services Department at Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center. The leader demonstrates behaviors in alignment with culture, supports comprehensive strategies, and measures progress to achieve desired outcomes, especially as it relates to patient care.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ **** High school diploma required or equivalent.
+ 1-3 years of experience in leading and/or supervising staff in in a health care facility or two years of experience in leading and/or supervising staff in a non-health care facility required.
+ Experience in use of Point-of-Sale systems in a retail setting required.
+ Experience in merchandising of products in a retail setting preferred.
