Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Leads and aids in the creation of store manual, guidelines, policies and procedures
2. Ensures that store operations follow the standard operating procedures
3. Leads, plans and coordinates with other concerned Departments on store openings
4. Monitors the supplies inventory at each store
5. Monitors the performance of store employees and provides training as necessary
6. Addresses concerns on inventory, sales, display and schedule of employees
7. Develops, implements and executes marketing campaigns such as print media, web, social media, broadcast, and others
8. Carry out customer feedback survey, market researches and competitive intelligence in order to keep up-to-date with customer expectations, market trends and opportunities
