Responsibilities

• Sales & Production Alignment (Strategic): Ensure at least 70% of total production (eggs) is channeled through retail stores and mobile outlets.
• Work closely with Production Planning to align output with store demand and seasonal trends.
• Develop sales initiatives, promotions, and bundling strategies to push retail volume.

Revenue & Growth

• Drive sales performance across all outlets to meet monthly and annual targets.
• Grow same store sales while managing the profitability of each outlet.
• Launch and scale mobile retail units as a growth channel.

Operations Excellence

• Standardize SOPs across stores and ensure operational efficiency.
• Oversee inventory control, shrinkage management, and proper handling of fresh produce.
• Implement best practices for merchandising and customer‑facing displays.
